Chugchucaras

Allullas and Cheese in a leaf
These are made with wheat flour and cooked in lard and egg. Cheese in a leat is served in achira leaf and wrapped in it which gives it a unique flavor. It is usually eaten with hot coffee.

Corn Tortillas
These are also called " tortillas de palo" the main ingredient being corn flour cooked in lard, salt and other condiments. Before being made, cheese and fried onion is placed in the center. A better flavor is gotten by cooking them over an open fire until toasted.
